At Pretty in Pink Cleaning, we are committed to delivering exceptional, reliable service with every visit. We understand that life happens and want to make sure our refund policy is clear, fair, and easy to understand.
1. Non-Refundable Service Packages
All prepaid service packages (including multi-clean packages or discounted bundles) are sold at a discounted rate in exchange for a commitment to multiple cleanings and are non-refundable. These packages have no monetary value. Unused services may be rescheduled but cannot be refunded.
2. Single Cleaning Appointments
If you're not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We’ll happily return to re-clean any missed areas at no additional cost. Refunds will only be considered if:
● A valid issue is reported within the 24-hour window.
● A re-clean is not possible or is declined by the customer.
● The concern is within the scope of the originally booked service.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
3. Cancellations
● Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not be charged.
● Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
● No-shows or lockouts at the time of service may be charged the full service amount.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
● Services already completed (unless deemed unsatisfactory and reported within 24 hours).
● Customer dissatisfaction due to preferences not communicated in advance.
● Circumstances beyond our control, including utility outages, excessive clutter, or hazardous environments.
● Moving out of the service area – If you move out of your current home, you may transfer any remaining prepaid cleanings to a friend or family member within our service area. However, no full refunds will be provided due to relocation.
5. Special Considerations We understand that emergencies and unexpected life events occur. In rare cases, we may consider partial refunds for unused services. These will be reviewed case-by-case, and any refunds issued will deduct the full value of services already rendered, along with any applicable administrative fees.
